Stephen Rosenhek has been a chartered accountant since 1986 and a bankruptcy trustee since 1992. He is a Managing Partner of the Montréal office of RSM Richter Chamberland, one of the largest independent accounting and consulting firms in Canada.
Mr. Rosenhek is highly regarded in Canada and the United States as a financial reorganization, turnaround and restructuring consultant. He has provided in-depth expertise to companies in many sectors, including manufacturing, capital equipment, transportation and entertainment. He is frequently asked by financial institutions and equity sponsors to speak on corporate finance. M. Rosenhek is also a member of the Board of the Orchestre symphonique de Montréal. |
