José P. Dorais has been a member of the Québec Bar since 1974. He is a Partner in the law firm Miller Thomson Pouliot and specializes in corporate and commercial law.
He is Chairman of Société québécoise de récupération et de recyclage as well as a director of AEterna-Zentaris, Foster Wheeler Power Company Limited and Alliance Films.
