Monique Mercier has been Executive Vice-President, Law and Market Development, at TELUS health solutions since 1999. She is also Vice-President, Legal Affairs for TELUS Communications in Québec. Before 2008, she was in charge of the Human Resources for Emergis and Secretary of the board of directors. Before 2009, she was Chief, Legal Affairs for Bell Canada International. From 1989 to 1997, Ms. Mercier held various senior positions at BCE in corporate and securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing.
Ms. Mercier is a member of the Board of directors of Les Éditions du Passage.
