FLIGHT SIMULATOR - CAPITAL MANAGEMENT

SGF, the Solidarity Fund QFL and CAE formed a limited partnership, and Flight Simulator - Capital Management Inc. was born.

Its mission is to offer leasing financing to international civilian carriers wishing to acquire a CAE flight simulator. SGF and the Solidarity Fund QFL each control 40.25% of SIMUCAP’s shares, while CAE controls the rest.

A total commitment of up to $25 million is foreseen for this investment.
